Room Requirements *
Please state any room requirements that are necessary for your event, excluding
any technical details.
Tech Requirements
Please state any technical and electrical requirements that are necessary for
your event, including lighting and displays.
Additional Comments
Please state any additional comments or requests you would like to make, e.g.
the day you would like to run the event. Please note that while additional comments
are taken into consideration, there is no guarantee that they will be granted. If
have a requirement that is necessary for your event, please mention it in one of the
previous fields.
